On road driver training should be completed by any drivers that been highlighted as high risk or where an employer feels the employee requires further training. 

On road training will be completed using 2 drivers to 1 instructor ratio on a half day course, a total of 4 drivers per day.  Each Driver will take it in turns to drive their own vehicle and will receive a ‘crash course’ in the key safer driving principles.  

At the end of each training session, the driver trainer will complete a report on each driver which will contain a full assessment of the driver and training given, with any recommendations for further training if required.
