Company prosecution may even include a custodial sentence for the business owner.  

You can easily cover your organisation against such prosecution by implementing and keeping records of a MORR policy.  

A company driver includes anyone who does any driving as part of their job.  That includes any journey which is work related whether part of your usual job role or not.  

At the very least, you should hold a copy of your employee’s driving license and insurance.
